Saved Rules for Conditional Formatting#110

Ability to use Saved Rules for Conditional Formatting.

Having to set conditional formatting every time I create a table is a unnecessary burden and waste of time.

There should be a way to save your conditional formatting from a Column and just choose a Saved Format to be applied.

See the attached image. Every time we have a Yes/No field (0, -1 in the dataset.) we have to recreate all of the rules to make it show properly to the user.

On that same token, I would like to be able to check a box that applied the formatting to all columns or at least select which columns it applied to.
