Allow global default settings for table#423

Allow setting of global defaults that apply to every table, unless changed on an individual table.

I’ve recently created 60+ tables via CSV import. I want completely vanilla display of the tables, no sorting, no title, no searching, etc.

At the moment, I have to go in and change the settings on each of those 60+ tables, which is time consuming.
