Make the thumbnail pictures expandable#480

I’ve created a table and a detail display. The table contains info on dogs for a rescue organization, including several pictures of the dogs. I’d like to be able to click on a thumbnail image and display the original full sized image, either in a popup or a new browser tab. I don’t see a method of making this happen, but if there’s a kludge to make that work, please share it.
