Insert multiple items/information in a single entry that can be used to create a formula column#614

Hello, I am currently working in an Inventory System project that is based on a single invoice/receipt that has multiple items listed, and the item quantities are needed to be monitored. Monitored by delivered quantities, quantities used and remaining quantities… ex..

Date Time Invoice No. Item Name Category DQ UQ RQ Unit
12/25 4:00PM 2222 Beef T. Loin Frozen Goods 100 10 90 kg

Is there a possibility to create a single entry where you can multiple items in a single entry like the example above?
